David Erwin has a passion for life, people, culture and adventure.  David is a storyteller with creative vision and a passion for delivering engaging training, coaching and speaking experiences.

He creates and delivers consistent and unique training ideas and products through data-driven insights and tactical execution with measurable results.

For three decades David has been the Leader and all around Visionary of Leader Within Us, providing experience-based training, keynote presentations and coaching for companies both large and small.  He has collaborated with and served organizations across major industries including, yet not limited to:  High Tech, Medical, Airlines, Oil & Gas, Military, Municipalities, Educational and Financial Services in more than thirty-five countries and to hundreds of thousands of satisfied participants.

He is from Grand Prairie, Texas and currently resides in the DFW area.  He is an adventurer, photographer, author, and globetrotter; he is profoundly curious about culture and has a deep love of people; his greatest passion is helping others move beyond their limiting beliefs into their limitless potential.
